No wonder I can lay a whoopin’ (digitally)

I have been playing video games for a long time. During LAN parties (yes, I do those), I have been known to be among the (ahem) champion of a round or two.

All this time, I thought it was skill.

Apparently, I was wrong. It’s a magical power that is built into my writing hand.

Apparently, south paws are not only better at playing games, we are also better jet fighter pilots.

Says article:

Research shows that the left and right hemispheres communicate and work together better in left-handers, as information transfers from one to the other slightly faster and perhaps more efficiently.

He says the left-hander’s brain is wired slightly differently to the right-hander’s as it tends to be more symmetrical with larger and perhaps faster connections between hemispheres.

Air Force, here I come.
